THE EXPLOSIVE
The Muscat harvest takes place in late August, when its floral and fruity aromas reach their peak. The tsipouro boasts an explosive, intensely aromatic character with notes of fig, raisin, and rose.
THE NOBLE
The white Malagouzia is harvested in mid-September at peak ripeness, to bring out its delicate floral and citrus aromas. The tsipouro features an elegant body and a floral, fruity aromatic signature, with notes of lemon, green apple, and peach.
THE HARMONIOUS
The Roditis harvest takes place in early September, when its bright, lemony notes are fully developed. The spirit is harmonious, crisp, and fruity, with a light-to-medium body and notes of honey and banana.
