Dekaraki Roditis Alepou (Fox) is crafted from the pink-skinned Roditis Alepou variety, which thrives in the terroir of Tyrnavos, particularly around Damasi. Its name comes from the fox-like pink hue of the grape, reflecting its unique identity.

The cool microclimate and mountainous slopes give the variety a clean character, citrus aromas and fruity intensity.
